Finally reached the river: Arno

Today’s been great! Everything is seriously looking up and I just appreciate every single moment here! I LOVE FLORENCE, ITALY!

I woke up around 9, after not waking up to go for a run at 7:30 but oh well I’ll start on Monday. Got ready, ate some cereal and a banana and went to the studio to create some images for my graphic design course! I have some pretty good sketches going so far and I am excited for the outcome by next week.

I also got some groceries for the weekend and to make frozen banana and peanut butter bars for on the go protein Off to class Emily and I went. We visited the Francis Bacon exhibit for contemporary art class again. It’s interesting work…..

But anyways…I came back and took a quick nap then ran to meet up with Anavictoria and some other friends. We roamed around, went to some unique shops and devoured in some delicious gelato! Super cheap too

Then me and Anavictoria went down by the river, took pictures, shopped and got some cute stuff for oober cheap and wondered around into mysterious parts of Florence across the river! Saw the uffici and ponte vecchio! Beautiful.

I came home then and went to supper with some roommates! Had a delicious kabob that I’ve been craving because our neighbor friends introduced them to us and it was only $3.50! Today’s just been one of those content days. Now we’re all doing our own thing in the living room and I’m just soaking in life. I feel so blessed to be this happy and lucky in life. Thank you everyone for everything you have ever given me!
